CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FLUENT CANTONESE) - 12 MONTH FTC

A fantastic opportunity has arisen in an international bank in Manchester for a Customer Service Representative to join on a permanent basis. Candidates should be fluent in CANTONESE and possess at least ONE year experience gained within banking.

Duties to include:

" Perform Middle/ Back office operations.
" Conduct KYC reviews
" Customer Service Administration: completing and inputting data, making amendments to on-screen/manual records
" Ensuring that information provided is accurate and to the quality expected by the bank.
" Completing set tasks and meeting deadlines
" Ad-hoc duties as and when require.

Applicants MUST be fluent in both spoken and written Cantonese. You must have a strong customer service focus with a keen attention. You must be educated to degree level (2:1 or above) or equivalent, have experience in financial services and be competent with MS Office including Excel and Word.
