Customer Service Representative - Fashion e-commerce

Our client is a well-established UK Fashion e-commerce business. They market their products globally through their international websites. They are currently looking for English Speakers to join their customer service team. This is an opportunity for you to join a dynamic team sitting within multinational office, where you will be able to learn and develop you customer service skills within the online Fashion sector.

Responsibilities

*Being the first point of contact for the clients on the Help Desk department.
*Providing excellent customer service (including inbound telephone and email).
*Helping customers with order/delivery inquiries, and taking ownership of seeing these through to resolution
*Ensuring a totally seamless customer experience and providing product advice
*Dealing with complaints and escalations

Requirements

*English to a very high standard written
*Previous Customer Service / Hospitality experience (Essential)
*Excellent listening skills, to fully understand and document the issues as they are reported.
*Outstanding telephone manners. Communication skills are essential in the role.
*Customer-service minded.
*Target-driven and willing to progress within Customer service sector.
*immediate availability.

Location: West London
Sector: Customer Service/Call Centre
Contract: Temporary for 3 months (Potentially leading to permanent)
Start date: 9th April 18
Pay rate: £8.50 per hour + Holiday pay (£9.52 including holiday)
Shifts: rotating (8am -4pm), (10am - 6pm) or (12pm - 8pm), occasional Saturdays
