Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our client to recruit a Call Centre Customer Service Representative. This is a temporary role based in High Wycombe that has the potential to go permanent based on performance.

Salary: £8.00 per hour BOE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 - 17.00 OR 10.00 - 18.00

Job Description
Do you enjoy speaking to customers on the phone? Are you confident receiving inbound calls and managing them in a professional manner?

Our Client is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Rep who is seeking a new and exciting challenge. In this role you will be working at a call centre, booking out about 50 to 100 Engineers a day!

This position is a great place to gain some experience in an office based environment and is that next step that you need in your career to propel you to greater heights.

You will be receiving a high volume of inbound calls, taking bookings and updating information on the reservation system. You will provide excellent customer service ensuring customer queries are resolved and order entries are maintained on a timely basis to meet our client`s goals. Additionally, you will chase overdue extensions and update reservations.
