Customer Service Representative (9-month maternity cover)

We are recruiting for an outgoing & enthusiastic Customer Service Representative, working for a Banbury based manufacturer & distributor, on a 9-month maternity cover contract.

The Role

The purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to manage customer sales order processing and queries, maintaining a high level of customer service

Who are they looking for?

The Customer Service Representative will have an upbeat & enthusiastic approach, with excellent organisational skills and customer focus

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Processing customer sales orders, as well as arranging delivery and carrier arrangements
  • Acting on customer queries via e-mail & telephone
  • Advice and feedback on spare parts
  • Build good rapport with customers, encouraging further sales opportunities
  • Assist Commercial Manager with purchasing process and stock control
  • Day-to-day maintenance of CRM database and addition company system, adding and amending customer and accounts details

Skills & Experience

  • Previous customer service and order-processing experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Strong relationship builder and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail
  • Team work orientated
  • Proficient IT user, with solid Microsoft Office & CRM working experience

Other information

Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
