Customer Service Rep Arabic Permanent

This is an exciting and different challenge for someone who is looking to work within the travel industry. A rare opportunity for a multilinguist who is fluent in Arabic. Working on for international sales and marketing agency that specialise in Travel fulfilment campaigns.

The Role
• Taking calls from Arabic speaking customers
• Dealing with clients enquiries in line with a promotional campaign where they are entitled to booking free flights
• Using in-house software and internet to gain booking information
• Handling inbound and outbound reservations calls
• Dealing with / processing inbound booking enquiries
• Resolving general enquires and escalation of complaints
• Offer on-going support and assistance

Skills and Experience
• Ability to speak fluent Arabic, and English
• Travel industry experience is desirable not essential
• Proficient in Windows based applications including Microsoft Office
• Good time management and multitasking skills
• The ability to work under pressure in a diverse market

The Benefits
• Starting salary of £16000
• Monday - friday 8.30-5.00 or Sunday - Thursday 6.00am-2.30pm or 7.00am-3.30pm
• 28 days holiday including bank holiday
