Customer Service Remediation

Our client has been in the UK for over 10 years and has established a heavy presence within the Financial Market. The business in located in Teesside and has reliable transport links. 

You will be dealing with customers who had had issues with their mortgage accounts in the past and providing solutions using a combination of quick thinking and comprehensive product knowledge. Attention to detail will be key as 100% quality is achieved as all cases are FCA reportable. This role is over the phone and involves working as part of a team, communicating with both customers and brokers. 
You will need to be able to use your own initiative and be an organised individual who can investigate queries thoroughly. Your core purpose is to effectively deal with every query that comes your way and maximise customer satisfaction consistently.

Each situation will be unique and you will also need to have keyboard and PC skills with a high level of dexterity as you will be using systems to track and gather information to offer solutions.

Our client is looking for an extremely confident communicator, someone who has the right personality, a professional telephone manner, someone who can deal with complaints, and remain calm under pressure and have the determination to overcome objections and motivate customers.
You will also need to have good listening skills, be able to interpret information appropriately and genuinely enjoy interacting with people as well as showing empathy with customers.

• Salary £16,000 
• 35 average hours per week
• Full time equivalent-shift hours between 8am – 6 pm Mon - Fri (NO WEEKEND and BANK HOLIDAY WORK)

As well as 500pa allowance that will be given to all employees, this will be paid monthly (so £500/12), which can be taken as either pay or used for flexible benefits such as Private Medical Insurance or extra holiday.

You must have customer service experience gained in either banking, retail or other service environment.
