About The Role
We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Adviser to join our ever growing remediation team, providing a first class customer service experience by taking inbound and outbound queries via telephone and online. You will deal with a variety of enquires in regards to fixing account issues originally opened with Alliance and Leicester and work in accordance with agreed SLAs, policies and procedures of the bank.
Salary: £16,000 + £500 Flexible Benefit
Hours of work: Full time (35 hours) between 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday
As an ambassador for the bank you will work alongside your team members to provide an exceptional level of service, assist customers and offer solutions. You will have a customer focused mind-set and be a confident communicator. You will have worked in a contact centre environment and have a positive, professional attitude, which along with our bespoke training, and ongoing coaching and development will make sure you're well prepared to be the best.
