Our client is a friendly, stable and successful company that provides a niche service to business customers. As the Customer Services and Production Co-ordinator, you will be the linchpin between the customer and the production department. As this is a very varied, busy, multi-tasking role, you'll be highly organised and a superb communicator. because you'll be responsible for ensuring customer priorities are met and that the resources required for the completion of orders are available at the appropriate time.

As a Customer Services & Production Coordinator you will be:
  • Updating costing spreadsheets
  • Ensuring communication of order requirements to production team including customer quality requirements and customer stock management
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding delivery requirements
  • Providing cover and support to the Sales Order Administrator using Sage 200 and spreadsheets to produce internal works orders and external purchase orders
  • Providing cover and support to the technical area in administrating print files into production
  • Managing customers' stock
  • Providing customer feedback to the team
Key Skills and Experience needed for this role:
  • High levels of IT skills in particular using Excel
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Flexible approach to work and a "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in order to liaise between customers and the production department
  • A strong commitment to providing good customer service - prepared to go the extra mile for a customer to answer a query or resolve a problem
  • Knowledge of Sage 200 is advantageous but not essential - training will be given
