About the Role

Joining our Personal Operations Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for any broker queries via phone and email. You’ll provide a first class, professional, friendly and high quality service; focusing on dealing with technical/underwriting enquiries from brokers and customers. In between calls, you will process a variety of work including account queries, mid-term adjustments, diaries and no claims bonus letters.

We will provide training to support you in obtaining the technical and underwriting knowledge in order to set you up for success. Working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, no weekends or bank holidays.

About You

When it comes to our customers and your daily work, nothing is ever too much trouble. You’ll love talking to a variety of brokers, customers and other members of LV staff and you’ll go out of your way to proactively find answers to questions. We’d like you to have good customer service skills and it would be really great if you had some experience in the world of Insurance.

You will have an eagerness to learn and be proactive in your role, as well as experience of working in a busy environment. You will have good organisational skills, be able to work without supervision and be self-motivated, as well as having good IT, numerical and analytical skills.

You will have a good understanding of and ability to assimilate regulatory and compliance requirements. Communication skills are an important aspect of this role as well as the ability to adapt to a changing environment. But mostly, we are looking for someone with a really positive and outgoing attitude to work.
