They are experiencing high growth and are looking for 2 Customer Service Order Executives to join their busy team. Are you looking for an exciting role working within a business experienced in the communications industry working with multiple vendors and who offer a hybrid working model. This role offers the opportunity to work in the heart of the business delivering a leading standard of customer service.

What you’ll do:

  • Work with customers on the phone and over email to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Identify, investigate and resolve a query, complaint or general enquiry from customers while processing a variety of order types, provisioning licences and setting up recurring billing.
