Customer Service / Order Processor - Braintree : c£9.40 per hour - Temporary with a view to become permanent

Are you a strong customer services professional who is capable of handling customer queries, processing orders and working under pressure and available to start work immediately. Responsibilities include:
Liaise with external and internal customers - end user, Technical Support, Planning/ Logistics and Sales
Process and respond to incoming enquiries-via fax, telephone, email.
Receive and input customer orders/sample requests onto system within 24 hours of receipt of order (in Customer Services).
Update and maintain contracts and pricing agreements as directed by Sales team
Review, analyse and progress orders, order related reports/department updates received and escalate where necessary.
Attend customer visits when agreed with the external Field Sales person.
Participate in the administrative process of returns via the agreed quality process.
Participate in Credit Management in liaison with Finance Dept - investigate and issue credit/debit notes as necessary.
Assist customers with invoice queries and escalate if necessary to resolve.
On-going review all current business practices and processes for suggestions for improvement/implementing best practice.
Working with Sales/planning, developing part by part forecast.
Attend meetings and reviews where necessary (subject to departmental cover).
Escalate issues to UK Country Manager/Director when necessary
Be aware of possible impact on the company in regards to legal responsibilities/compliance and ensure that associated risks are controlled and understood

Essential Skills:
Previous customer service experience gained within an office
Experience of processing orders
Good IT skills
Ability to handle sometimes difficult calls with professionalism and confidence
Available to start work immediately

Working hours = Monday - Friday 8am-5.00pm
Free parking available outside and in the area
c£9.40 per hour
