My client is a well established Freight company looking for an outgoing enthusiastic customer service operator who can join their busy customer service team!

Duties would include:

  • Answering incoming calls and monitoring/responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Booking sameday vehicles
  • Process UK overnight small parcels/ pallets
  • Quotations
  • Dealing with customers face to face
  • Receiving orders via email and phone
  • Updating customers on their shipments
  • General admin

Skills needed:

  • Good customer service skills
  • Pc literate
  • Previous freight/ logistics experience
  • Good admin skills

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
