Gas Service Customer Service Operative

Department: Gas Service

Role: Customer Service Operative (CSO)

Reporting to: Team Leaders

Hours: 35 - 40hrs per week (Various shift patterns) please enquire

This position will be based and work from our Cheam office, covering all Domestic Gas Service Contracts working within a team of skilled customer service operatives

The main pre-requisites are:-

  • Experience in service delivery
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Understanding delivery of best value and continuous improvement
  • Demonstration of organisational skills
  • Demonstrate initiative and good work ethic
  • Openness to learning
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Primary Responsibilities include the following:-

  • Call handling, residents, engineers and clients
  • Planning engineers work
  • Engineers diary management
  • Booking service appointments
  • Approving engineers timesheets
  • Monitor & action escalation reports
  • Department admin tasks
