Our key client a high profile housing developer is currently looking to recruit on a permanent level Customer Service Operative to join there expanding Central Division you will be responsible for developments within the M11 corridor Essex and Cambridgeshire your time will be split accordingly between locations

Key responsibilities

You will be part of the Customer Service team looking after a portfolio of 1000 plus properties
Working closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure completion of reactive day to day defects
Address all internal or external issues raised by customers during the Customer Care process
Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard possible
Liaise with customers regularly
Effectively organise your diary on a day to day basis

Experience/requirements

A trade / building background is essential for this role, preferably  multi trade
Full clean drivers licence
Your own tools are essential for this role
Experience working for a residential contractor/developer is preferable
Experience working in a Customer Care role and liaising with customers regularly is preferable but not essential
Ability to communicate with customers in a professional manner
Excellent attention to detail and working on own initiative
Observing health and safety requirements when working in occupied units
Respecting diversity of customers
