Part-Time: 21 hours per week over 3 days

£14.44 per hour

Within this role you will provide excellent customer service, administrative and financial support for the Customer Service and Information Team. This will involve supporting the Customer Service & Information Manager in the planning, development and achievement of Corporate Objectives in respect of:-

  • Customer services
  • Business planning
  • Financial monitoring
  • Performance and resource management
  • Personnel management
  • Administrative functions

The Customer Service Officer will take the lead in handling all contact on behalf of Surrey Highways including enquiries, complaints and Freedom of Information requests and ensuring accurate record keeping.

The successful applicant will be literate and numerate and have knowledge of typical IT packages, and have good communication skills.
