Braxfield Recruitment are a leading recruitment agency working within the housing sector. We have been appointed by a housing provider based in London who are currently looking to recruit x6 Customer Service Officer on part-time & full-time contracts.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing a customer focused service, someone who enjoys working in a team where you can make a real difference and finally someone who is looking for an opportunity where they can develop their skills and grow with a fantastic company.
With your exceptional telephone manner, you will provide support in the customer contact centre, assisting tenants with queries regarding repairs & maintenance, tenancy and general enquires.
You will ensure a high quality customer experience is achieved by being part of a team that is responsive to the needs of the customer.
You will use your excellent organisational skills when booking in repairs and chasing up outstanding works with the contractors and ensuring the customer is kept updated throughout the process.
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
- Experience as a customer service officer working for a housing association, local authority or contractor.
- Excellent knowledge of housing repairs.
- Excellent telephone manner.
Rate: £14.57 - £17.93 LTD
Contract: 3 months + (temp – perm opportunities)
