Our client, a West London Borough Council based in Uxbridge, is looking for customer service advisors to join its busy contact centre.
You will be the first point of contact for residents, providing information on our client's services as appropriate. Duties can range from taking payments for bills, handling telephone and written enquiries and referring to other departments etc.
In order to succeed in this role you don't need to have call centre experience but the ability to deal with the public is a must. You might have worked in retail for example, and be used to handling a large volume of enquiries from the public keeping calm and professional at all times.
The role is based in Uxbridge and is working on a rotating shift pattern on an 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm basis - you must be able to work those hours.
