A large Regulatory Body based near to London Bridge is urgently seeking Customer Service applicants with excellent logistical and research skills to join their busy 'Registrations’ department.
The salary for the Customer Service Officer is £22 700 or £12.63 per hr.

Experience of working in a verification department, legal environment or in a research role would be a bonus. Customer service/ helpdesk experience would also be beneficial. Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal are required.

Checking their qualifications, where they have studied and ensuring other credentials are in place before they can operate in this country. Good research and investigatory skills are essential.
