Being the first contact point for the customers, contractors and other individuals with regard to housing management, maintenance, tenancy and leasehold queries, rent and service charge issues and parking management process. Providing a multi-functional and efficient front line service by telephone call centre, reception prevision and by written communication.
Candidates must have worked in a call centre environment before. Housing experience would be advantageous.
Must be able to interview on Tuesday 13th afternoon and be able to start ASAP
Pay per hour is 12.94
