Customer Service Officer

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Officer to work at The London Borough of Hounslow within the Customer Services And Complaints team.

The Role
As the Customer Service Officer at Hounslow Council, You will play an important role of providing efficient, quality and comprehensive corporate information and advise services to the public, employees of the council and members. You will be the first point of contact for customers both internal and external for a variety of service areas via all access channels promoting right first time principles to ensure customer enquires are identified, Understood and actioned in accordance with Hounslow's customer care charter and customer care competencies.

Location:Hounslow Council

Hours: 36.00

Duration: 3 Months

Rate of Pay: £11.99

Who are we looking for?
As the Customer Service Officer for the Customer Services and Complaints team at The London Borough of Hounslow we are looking for someone who has:

*Call Centre Experience
*Experience of meeting KPI's
*Customer service

*Worked in a council contact centre
*Worked within housing repairs
