Harriet Ellis Training Solutions are a private Training Provider based in Romford looking for a full time Customer Service Officer to work within a busy team.
The candidate must have strong customer service experience, be confident speaking on the telephone and be able to work to tight deadlines under pressure.
Job Role includes:
·Speaking with Students on a day to day basis.
·To create login's for new students.
·To keep accurate records.
·To assist with candidate notices for examinations.
This is a permanent full time role.
