TEMPORARY ROLE FOR 12 MONTHS

To be an effective officer providing the below to all stakeholders ranging from investigating and responding appropriately to Penalty Charge Notices (PCN) representations, Debt registration and Permits.

To contribute towards a highly professional team delivering the Parking Penalty Enforcement Process (PCN cycle) by making consistent accurate decisions based on the council's policy and the customer's circumstances, including any mitigation.

To manage own case load ensuring required outputs for efficient and effective working are met.
