CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - NEW BUSINESS

Pertemps are proud to partner with Nationwide Building Society and we are now urgently seeking a number of Customer Service professionals to join their busy and well established teams.
As a New Business Consultant, you’ll respond to enquiries by phone and speaking to customers, but a high proportion of the calls you take will be from Mortgage brokers and solicitors. You’ll exceed expectations by delivering a personal, accountable, friendly and knowledgeable service and always ensuring a high level of accuracy is maintained. You don’t need experience in call centres or mortgages for this role, we are looking for customer focused candidates who have the right attitude & enthusiasm for always ensuring the customer gets the best outcome.
Ideally you will have previous customer service experience. However, if you possess excellent customer service skills and are confident handling high volumes of calls and show the right attitude and enthusiasm for always ensuring the customer gets the best outcome. Our client will be pleased to hear from you.

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication.
- Confidence in taking ownership for each call.
- Able to make and explain decisions clearly.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow processes and policies.
- Able to manage you time effectively.
For this role, you will be working 7 hour shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
