BSH Home Appliances is now looking for a creative and motivated candidate to be our Customer Service Marketing Executive! With previous experience in marketing and strong online/digital experience, you will be working across a broad range of marketing disciplines for our brands: Bosch, Siemens, Neff, and Gaggenau. The role is based in our head office in Milton Keynes.

Within this role, a key focus will be creating effective marketing communications, to promote our repair services and customer service products to our audience in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland for the largest home appliances manufacturer in Europe.

Reporting to the Group Manager for Customer Service Marketing, you will be optimising our online stores and analysing their performances. With strong IT skills and previous experience in a marketing role, you will be creating new content for our brand websites and delivering the online elements of our marketing activities. Not only will your tasks involve databases and statistics, you will also plan and produce activities from concepts to delivery.

You will play a key role in marketing tasks and projects throughout the year; working closely with our brand agencies and building strong international working relationships, taking advantage of the global scale of the business and travelling internationally at different times of the year!
