Job Elements: -
·Management of the customer services team for the UK & Ireland.
·Definition of procedures, coordinate and participate in day to day activities of the customer service team
·Ensure that orders are processed in an efficient and effective way, monitoring performance in all the key success areas
·Initiate continuous improvement process
·SAP super user and systems knowledge:
·Follow monthly closure of accounts, all sales orders credits to be processed and intercompany pricing completed
·Engage in meetings and dialogue with logistics provider and internal department
·Performance management of the team using the workday tool
·Back up for logistics coordinator during holiday periods.
·Create customer satisfaction goals and actively works to achieve these.
·Collate information on service statistics and provide valuable feedback to management team.
·Resolve emergency issues and maintain contingency plan.
The ideal candidate will have: -
·3 + years’ experience in a similar role ideally, but not exclusively, within a manufacturing company.
·Detailed knowledge of SAP
·Experience with export/import and customs administration
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
·Experience of managing a team
·Data analysis using excel
