Own the customer experience provided through a variety of service channels, including inbound and outbound telephony, email and online customer interactions.
Implement challenging customer service measures that demonstrate industry leading levels of customer experience through a first contact resolution service model.
Proactively drive performance through continuous improvement to processes, systems and training.
Provide highly visible leadership, nurturing an engaged and customer centric team, focusing on personal development and putting the customer at the heart of their work.
What you'll need to succeed
Knowledge of Helpline/contact centre environments
Managing risks in a highly regulated financial services context
Providing support services to customer service functions
