The Customer Service Manager will lead and motivate the Inbound Sales Team and will be well suited to someone with a proven background in sales and leadership looking for a career with a forward-thinking, vibrant and growing company.
The Customer Service Manager will be responsible for:
- Day to day people management
- Identifying skills gaps within in the team
- 1-2-1 coaching and mentoring
- Driving the team to achieve targets
The Customer Service Manager will have:
- A proven background in sales
- Experience in people management
- Contact Centre experience will be beneficial
- A passion for excellent customer service
The Customer Service Manager position will offer a salary of £22,000 + benefits and is based in Chester, easily commutable from Wirral, Liverpool, Wrexham, Crewe and Flintshire.
