Customer Service Manager

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager in the Worksop area. Our Client is a well-established Company.

As a Customer Service Manager you will need to have/be:

  • A proven performance manager
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Process / SLA and KPI creation
  • Customer relationship management
  • Excellent computer skills across a wide range of platforms


  • Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum
  • Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (40 hours per week)
  • Location: Worksop
  • Duration: Permanent

Role of a Customer Service Manager:

  • Fully manage the customer service function of the company
  • Ensure regular service reviews are conducted, reviewing issues and KPIs to drive service and process improvements
  • Identify needs and provide adequate training and talent development
  • Plan and delegate workload to the team
  • Forge relationships with all key stakeholders to develop and promote customer service strategy
