Customer Service Manager
We are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager in the Worksop area. Our Client is a well-established Company.
As a Customer Service Manager you will need to have/be:
- A proven performance manager
- Exceptional communication skills
- Process / SLA and KPI creation
- Customer relationship management
- Excellent computer skills across a wide range of platforms
Details:
- Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per annum
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (40 hours per week)
- Location: Worksop
- Duration: Permanent
Role of a Customer Service Manager:
- Fully manage the customer service function of the company
- Ensure regular service reviews are conducted, reviewing issues and KPIs to drive service and process improvements
- Identify needs and provide adequate training and talent development
- Plan and delegate workload to the team
- Forge relationships with all key stakeholders to develop and promote customer service strategy
