Dealing with repairs, breakages and queries from customers by phone and email.
This will be a varied and demanding role that will require someone who is organised and happy to investigate each complaint fully to get the best possible outcome for the company and customer.
You will be liaising with various departments within the company.
Must be computer literate and able to work to strict service level agreements.
For the right candidate this will become permanent.
