Customer Services Manager - FMCG - Immediate Oppoertunity

London - Park Royal


£40,000 - £50,000

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Services Manager for an established international FMCG business, in the process of setting up its UK operation.

Joining the UK operation at its inception, you will form part of the senior leadership team within the UK and will be heavily involved in setting up systems, processes and strategy during this phase.

You will have previous experience working for a start-up, or have exposure to implementing ERP systems, and utilise this experience to ensure best practices are adopted relating to customer experience, while also becoming the authority on any service related issues and the ERP system

This is an opportunity to grow a function from its very earliest days, including forming strategy (both departmental and more widely across the business) and building a team of order processors and customer service agents as the company continues to grow.
