Our client, a market-leading service provider, has an exciting new role for a Customer Service Manager to join their growing business. Looking after a team of 15, you will join a business of 900 people with the aim to deliver the highest quality of customer care. With multiple acquisitions and significant growth over the past few years, this role will play a pivotal part in future company progression.

Duties

  • Supporting a team of advisors who manage onboarding of customers following acquisitions
  • Proactively manage the team to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Providing clear guidance, coaching and motivation to achieve high regulatory standards
  • Manage the full customer integration including a combination of customer service queries, billing, credit control, collections, retention and integration

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience working in the same/similar role
  • Experiencing of leading a successful team and passionate about customer retention
  • Strong organisational skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage their time and workload
  • The ideal candidate will be looking for the next step in their career they will be personable, persuasive, with a strong character and be comfortable dealing with people at all levels. Must have a "can do" attitude and be able to think on their feet.
