Customer service Manager/Team Leader/Supervisor - c£25,000 d.o.e
Do you excel in Customer Service? Have you worked within a Customer service or customer relationship supervisory role or have experience as a team leader and looking for the next step up? Have you worked within a Commercial Business, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Insurance, Financial Services/Banking or similar with experience heading up a team, adhering to compliance and the introduction of new streamlining methods and processes.
Your strength will be in your communication, able to quickly and efficiently support your team, adhere to administrative changes, accuracy, queries, solutions finder, resolution and the ability to streamline and improve processes and administrative support service with a view to improved efficiencies.
This is a position that you can really make your own, leave your mark, put your stamp on it.
You will have have worked to head up customer service team, customer support team with experience of working smartly to targets and deadlines. Your strength of character combined with outstanding people skills to build relations with internal and external clients
