Salary: £60,000 per annum

Astra Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Manager to join a market leader in the print industry. This role will be based in Croydon.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with our client to ensure that their clients are receiving an excellent service. We are looking for a manager to support the customer service team.
We looking for a strong and dynamic individual. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience as a Customer Service Manager.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
-Manage the day-to-day activities of the customer service team.
-Recruitment for the customer service team.
-Directly manage of 10 members of staff; providing guidance & support to improve performance.
-Keep the motivation of the team in order to keep the service's level.
-Provide hands on support for the agents and team leaders and when needed taking escalated calls.
-Monitor and report regularly on performance against individual KPI's
-Ensure effective communication between your team and the other teams in the company on product launches and customer issues / feedback
-Implement new systems and processes
-Optimise existing systems and processes
Your skill set and experience for the Customer Service Manager role will include:
-Experience within managing and developing a team
- Ability to communicate with staff at all levels.
-You must be able to motivate team, earn their respect and inspire the team to work to their maximum capacity.
-You must have a great attitude, be positive and tenacious.
-Proactive and forward thinking
-Must show a willingness to learn about new systems and processes.
-Commercial Awareness: Must thoroughly understand the business.
