Customer Service Manager - Supply Chain

Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager and looking to make your next career step and join a leading global supply chain solutions company? If so our client has just the opportunity for you based at their Head Office in Felixstowe.

The Role:

The candidate would need to have proven management experience, ideally from a logistics or liner background. You would need to be ambitious ,confident and a quick learner who enjoys a challenge You will be responsible for leading & managing the Customer Service Team, ensuring that exceptional customer service is being delivered at all times. Process improvement experience would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will be quick to react as well as to adjust to changing situations & thrive in a fast paced environment with new challenges.

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in Team Management / Supply Chain - Logistics

  • Excellent Understanding of Legal and Commercial documentation
  • Commercially aware

  • Strong customer service skills

Desirable Criteria:

  • Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
