Salary: £30,000 p.a
Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Contract: 12 Months FTC

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual that can use their own initiative, as well as work with speed and accuracy to join their busy team. The Goal is to keep the department running in an efficient and profitable manner and to increase customer satisfaction at all times. - Analyse statistics and compile reports
- Provide excellence Customer Service
- Develop service procedures, policies and standards
- Deal with approved budgets
- General administration
- Strong experience as customer service manager/ Retail Manager
- Education required Degree Level
- Excellent client and communication skills
- A good attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team
