Our client is an Award-Winning eCommerce business based in Norfolk, UK.

We are recruiting, on behalf of them, for a Customer Service Manager.

The role involves:

  • Heading up the Customer Service operations within the business, covering multiple websites and sales channels
  • Driving and supporting an exceptional standard of customer service across their websites
  • Ensuring the department is developed pro actively as the company grows and that appropriate systems and procedures are developed to scale operations effectively
  • Managing performance to exceed industry standards and meet the department KPIs, ensuring customer happiness and driving repeat business through outstanding service and experience
