We are recruiting, on behalf of them, for a Customer Service Manager.
The role involves:
- Heading up the Customer Service operations within the business, covering multiple websites and sales channels
- Driving and supporting an exceptional standard of customer service across their websites
- Ensuring the department is developed pro actively as the company grows and that appropriate systems and procedures are developed to scale operations effectively
- Managing performance to exceed industry standards and meet the department KPIs, ensuring customer happiness and driving repeat business through outstanding service and experience
