Customer Service Manager - Premium Fashion Brand - Central London

New Store Opening - Spring 2018

Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment are looking to recruit an experienced retail manager for a new premium fashion brand opening in West London. This successful British fashion brand has a loyal customer base and this is a great opportunity for a service focused manager to join them at an exciting time in their expansion.

The customer service manager reports directly to the store manager and has a strong emphasis on creating the customer experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, delivering a high level of customer service and managing a large team. Strong customer and people skills are essential, as is the ability to liaise and work closely with the store manager.

Applicants should be self motivated and passionate about retail with previous exposure working in a fast paced fashion retail environment.

This store will get a lot of exposure from customers, the fashion press and director level visits and will offer the new management team a really high profile role.

The salary is circa £26,000 dependant on experience + bonus + benefits.
