Customer Service Manager - High End Residential Developer

You will be given direct responsibility to manage and develop a young team consisting of two Customer Service Managers and one Coordinator in the team as well as the Operatives under these Managers.

Taking control over the customer journey process and interacting with all customers throughout the warranty period for the site in West London, which currently consists of 300+ units and will see a further 200-250 future units come through.

Customer Service Manager - High End Residential Developer

  • Directly managing 3 staff in a young team as well as overseeing a small team of Operatives.

  • Reporting into the Head of Customer Services - you will have a level of autonomy in this position to install processes and manage systems as you see fit.

  • Overseeing the warranty period process for 300+ units in a high end development.

  • Interacting with High net worth individuals, taking therm through the customer journey with responsibility and experience to cope with high pressure situations.
  • Interaction with senior management from the developer to help deliver the project with some financial control also.


Customer Service Manager - High End Residential Developer

Candidates currently working with another residential developer will be preferred in this position and high-end experience within this field will be an advantage in the interview process.

If you are interested in this role you will need to show strong examples of where you have managed teams of 2+ staff and helped them develop in their roles.

Some elements that will help you stand out will include:

  • Excellent communication
  • An engaging personality
  • Ability to connect / interact with customers and colleagues from different backgrounds
  • A self-starter not requiring much guidance or direct management in the role
  • A strong understanding of the customer journey and how best to improve these processes

Experience working on larger residential building sites will be preferred as well. You will be based out of one or two sites in West London with further sites coming into action over the course of the next 18 months. These sites typically range in size from 150 - 400 units and there are currently 300 units in the warranty period, which will be under your control and responsibility.
