A high end property investment is looking for an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in West London.

We are working in partnership with a fast growing property investment company which acquires, refurbishes, lets and manages stylish student housing. To date the company has acquired and developed a portfolio of over 500 properties in 23 University cities across the UK and has significant growth plans.

Key responsibilities

They are now looking for a Customer Service Manager with property management to manage London properties

Duties include;

  • Achieve high customer satisfaction by providing a responsive, friendly & effective service
  • Work at the forefront of the business with daily interaction & communication with student customers and other stakeholders answering questions and solving problems
  • Manage questions and queries raised by students relating to the houses & our maintenance service
  • Manage day to day customer communications including service updates, notices & tenancy deposit processes
  • Resolve service issues, act upon feedback and manage customer complaints within required time frames
  • Measure, monitor & report customer service performance
  • Identify & address service improvement needs
  • Undertake inspections across multiple properties on a periodic basis
  • Prepare & hand over our houses to new student customers each year and manage end of tenancy processes
  • Liaise with third party service providers including suppliers & contractors

Experience & skills

  • Committed to providing an excellent level of customer service
  • Previous experience in leading front line customer service, within the hospitality or accommodation sectors
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience of managing customer service level agreements
  • A problem solver and pro-active person who works well under pressure
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise effectively with a good attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office & enthusiastic adopter/user of dynamic customer management systems & databases
  • Driving license preferred - travel will be required to our properties for periodic inspections & customer service requirements

Remuneration & Benefits

Role: Customer Service Manager

Type: Full time, permanent - immediate start date available

Hours: 09.00 - 6.00pm Monday to Friday with ability to work flexible hours (some weekend work will be required)

Location: West Londo

Salary: c.£28,000 per annum DOE & discretionary annual bonus

Holiday: 25 days per annum plus bank holidays
