This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company in Management role. As a growing organisation with big ambitions, they are looking for a passionate Customer Service Manager to join their team. Within the role you will be the primary link between the customers and the operational team.
This role will not only involve day-to-day account management between the Clients and the Operational teams, but reporting category data for insight and also being one of the main points of contact for customers. This customer relationship will need to be managed and upheld whilst simultaneously promoting growth via sales.
Responsibilities will include:
•To Act as the link between operations and the commercial team with the customer. To deliver ultimate customer service to maximise supply performance and ensure effective communication at all times
•Correct and timely order entry
•Accurate invoicing to the customer and resolution of disputes / credit issues
•Delivery confirmation to customer
•Order progress tracking
•Variation reporting to customer and sales team – shortage reporting
•Liaison with operations, planning and warehousing departments to ensure accurate information flow
•Communication of order status to commercial team
•Development of the communication processes and their incorporation into the company systems
•Staff development for the customer service team to raise
Skills and Qualities:
·A strong team player with previous experience of successfully managing and developing a team in a sales / customer service (or similar) environment is essential
·Experience of Account Management and/or customer service in a Food Manufacturing business
·Commercially literate with strong experience in process improvement
·An effective communicator, both verbally and written, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
In return, you will receive a salary of c £35,000 per annum
