Customer Service Assistant - London

£19,000 to £22,000 Basic + Benefits

Hours - Mon - Fri 10.00am - 5.30pm

Nobul’s client is one of the leading names in the Entertainment worl, working with major production companies and leading west end productions.

In this Customer support role, you will work closely with our client’s user base to offer advice and resolve issues to ensure continued retention rates. You will deliver support across email, phone and instant messaging platforms. You will also use internal systems to enable continuous support to customers.

To be successful in your application for this role you will have;

- Experience working in Customer Services role

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experienced using different technology platforms

- A great attitude with a desire to learn and grow in your career
