Customer Service Leader

We are looking to recruit for the role of Customer Service Leader for the Customer Service team who will have the responsibility of being the key contact for the customer base for all orders and stock maintenance to ensure that the company continues to be a sales led organisation that delivers to its customers’ requirements.

Duties include (but not limited to)
• Co-ordinate and maintain the sales order entry processing function in JDE- orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits etc.
• Dealing with queries from Customers or Sales Team in a timely manner
• Provide support to commercial Team with timely responses to enquiries
• Be familiar with Products and Processes to facilitate swift responses to customer enquiries
• Participate in regular business reviews and conference calls
• Liaising with Distribution, and Manufacturing to ensure accuracy regarding schedule adherence
• Maintaining accuracy on customer forecast information to support all planning activities
• Maintain accurate and organized customer files.

Our ideal candidate will
• Be ideally from a FMCG or retail background within a customer service role
• Be Highly computer literate - intermediate excel
• Have excellent communication and influencing skills to develop strong relationships both internally and externally
• Be able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
• Be a strong team player
• Be highly organised and motivated
• Exposure to working with a contemporary MRP System (such as customer systems & JDE)
• Working as part of the Customer Service Team, and reporting to the Customer Service Manager this role will have opportunities for training, to develop new skills and knowledge
• Hours of Work: 8.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week.
