Customer Service Leader
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £22,000-£23,000 per annum
Hours: Various shifts
Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working exclusively with a Service Provider for the supply of a Customer Service Leader on a permanent basis.
- Day-to-day leadership across all operators, supervising workload and performance
- Monitoring and allocating tasks as appropriate
- Managing the team in relation to KPI's
- Monitoring operator’s productivity and maximize service levels and output
- Coaching and mentoring team members to encourage personal development
- Ensuring first class customer service is provided to customers at all times
- Acting as a point of escalation for internal and external customer escalated issues within the team
- Attend management meetings
- Previous experience in a Customer Service Environment at a supervisory level
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills
- The ability to deal effectively with customer complaints
- Excellent computer skills
