Customer Service Leader - Retail

This is a great opportunity to become a Customer Service Leader for this multiple retail store consistently delivering the highest standards of service and visual presentation to our customers in this unique environment.

This role requires an experienced Retail Manager or Assistant Manager or Customer Service Manager to lead an enthusiastic team within this commercial, sales driven and fast paced culture. You must maximise sales by leading the management team operationally and ensuring their development is maintained. As manager you must demonstrate the ability to take action to improve branch performance. You will also be responsible for setting challenging but achievable targets, informing individuals and the team about company policy and strategy and ensuring that goals are met.


The suitable candidate would be a confident, energetic retail manager who is excited by this challenge fast paced environment. You will be a team player with a great commercial understanding of the market. You must be driven by exceeding customer expectations, focusing on customer needs and be able to encourage and motivate the team to achieve best possible results in all areas.
