Claims Handler

Location: Redhill, Surrey (short walk from Redhill Station)

Salary: £21,000 - £21,600

Are you happy to work shifts between 8am to 8pm which will incorporate some weekends? Yes - great please apply!

We are recruiting for a number of people with good customer service or claims handler experience that genuinely enjoy helping customers in distress. You will undertake a Claims Handler role within an Emergency Vehicle Assistance Department supporting customers who require emergency assistance and support in the UK and overseas. Full training is given for several weeks.

This exciting area of the business requires you to communicate verbally and in writing with customers and suppliers in the UK and overseas. Needless to say you will need to have excellent communication skills in English and possibly a second language too. A compassionate, professional telephone manner is essential and previous experience of working with customers. There is a real sense of job satisfaction within this role and you will join a dedicated, friendly team working atmosphere.

We are ideally looking for people with medical/emergency assistance experience from an insurance backgroundhowever if you have worked within an office based environment within a contact centre, call centre, telesales or customer service environment or if you have enjoyed lots of customer interaction over the phone and in writing then please feel free to also apply. This opportunity will also suit Graduates that wish to gain experience within a corporate, international company. Fantastic training is provided and you will receive a fantastic benefits package, working within a large modern office.

You will work on a shift pattern which will be based on a 35 hour week that could be across Monday - Sunday between the hours of 8am and 8pm. The office is within walking distance of Redhill station and there are many local paying car parks close by for those that drive.
