Inbound Call Centre Agents
We are currently recruiting for Call Centre agents to work on Inbound Customer Service based campaigns for one of the UK's biggest retailers. This is an exciting opportunity to build on skills that you may have acquired working in a call centre, retail or office environment or to learn a completely new skillset!
The positions are based in a purpose built Call Centre in Birkenhead, and is close to local town and city transport links.
The main duties of the role include -
Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
Dealing with queries and handling complaints
Booking and cancelling customer reservations
Customer follow up calls when necessary
Documenting all calls taken
The role is offered on a full time basis on a 40 hour contract working 5 days out of 7 between 8am - 10pm. All the necessary training is provided (paid).
The hourly rate for the role is £7.50 increasing to £8 per hour which is paid weekly in arrears. If you would be interested in applying for the role please do so immediately as we have multiple start dates.
