Monday - Sunday between 7.00am- 11.00pm (40 hours per week)
Temp role start dates 26th March & 9th April 2018
£7.83 per hour
INBOUND CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY - NO SALES
We are looking for a number of individuals to bring energy and a positive, can do attitude to the work place in a telephony based role. Your experience may have been gained in any sector but most importantly you will be able to demonstrate success and build a rapport with customers. To be successful in this role you will be required to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, exceptional listening skills and the ability to provide a first class customer service.
Required by you:
- Deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a smooth customer journey
- Demonstrate a positive and responsive attitude to all calls from customers
- Demonstrate outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Achieve personal and team targets
- Adhere to all policies and procedures
