Inbound Customer Service
13 week temp contract
FULL TIME + Shifts required
We are currently recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisers to be based in Havant within a National Utilities business. This role is 13 week temp contract, and will involve shift work, and also 1/2 Saturdays.
Full training will be provided.
- Taking inbound calls from customers re: Billing queries, Supply Queries, Change of details etc
- Updating in house systems
- Introduction of products to customers during calls
- Working in line with all regulations
- Working within a fast paced environment
The ideal candidate:
- Will have Customer Service experience, this could be from: Office based, Retail or Hospitality work
- Will be confident using computer packages
- Will have a confident telephone manner
- MUST be available to begin work April 16th 2018
