Customer Service - Order Processing - Hire Desk

You will have previous Customer service experience and enjoy a varied workload...Dealing with Customer service enquires / Orders of equipment for regular clients from initial enquiry to delivery...including Sales Administration / Driver Liaison / Client Queries etc

Speaking to customers & colleagues using Telephone & Email to ensure all orders are placed in an efficient and accurate manner. Working within the depot, supporting other colleagues within the company liaising with customers and providing assistance where necessary. Problem solving of customer queries / building good relationships with regular clients....
