Glasgow G69 area - £19000 - £21500 + Bonus + great benefits!

You will have previous Customer service experience and ideally knowledge of Liaising with customers / Transport or order processing experience & enjoy a varied workload.

DUTIES INCLUDE : Dealing with Customer service enquires / Orders of equipment for regular clients from initial enquiry to delivery of equipment...

Ensure customer requirements are met with regard to quality, service, response, delivery etc.-Checking items are in stock /Arrange transport in the depot to ensure the effective use of company vehicles and/or external hauliers.

Communicating externally and internally using Telephone & Email to ensure all orders are placed in an efficient and accurate manner. Working within the depot, supporting other colleagues within the company liaising with customers and providing assistance where necessary. Problem solving of customer queries in a timely fashion
